Your Space Theory kitchen will be made to order in Henrybuilt’s production facility in Seattle. If you have questions about your budget, we’d be happy to talk with you about options that will be a good fit for you and your space.
Generally, the earlier we get involved, the more opportunities there are to control budget and impact the overall quality of the project.
Our pricing is fully transparent and available in our pricelist. We work with you through our design software, so you can easily see the effect of specific choices on the overall cost. Below are price ranges for three different scope levels, all of which include our design service.
System Entry Point: $35,000 – $55,000
The starting point for smaller, simpler kitchens. Some very small kitchens can be designed for less.
Most Common Range: $60,000 – $75,000
Most kitchens fall into this range.
Extensive Systems: $80,000+
